Estimator & Operations Manager:

Lynn has been with the company for 15 years. Her job includes not only dispatching, sales and pricing, but she has been known to even help the guys out on the job. No on else cares about her customers as much as she does. She really runs the office and does a very good job of it. Of course, being as modest as she is, she gives the credit to everyone else before she does herself.

Executive Assistant:

Lisa has been working with us a couple of years, but came to us from East Lake United Methodist Church where she was Day Care director for 29 years. With experience on how to deal with children at daycare, we felt like she would be perfect to help deal with the "grown up" kids here at the shop! As you can tell, she has a wonderful humorious side which keeps everyone smiling through the day.

Senior Installation Tech:

Otis has been with the company 19 years.  He is 77 years young and although a little slower than he used to be he can still out perform younger ones.

Service Manager and Lead Technician:

Craig has quite an extensive list of abilities on his resume'. He has the ability to repair most any type of machine, install it, and sell it.

He also has good carpentry skills, which come in handy when he is assisting the crews on the boat dock building team on The Docktor, our sister company.

Shop Supervisor:

James has been in the industry for 29 years.  He is a very experienced shop man.  He makes sure materials are on hand, which insures jobs are completed on time.

Installer:

J.D. has been with the company about a year, but has already shown us he has alot of knowledge for his age. Obviously, he cares about his job and wants to learn the trade and become a master technician. He always wants to be the first one on the job.
